액션페인팅의 표현기법으로 붓이나 주걱 등의 도구를 사용해 칠하거나 바르는 것이 아니라 물감을 캔버스 위에 흘리거나 붓거나, 튀겨서 제작하는 회화 기법입니다. 팔과 손목의 움직임, 붓놀림, 페인트를 뿌리는 모든 과정은 작가의 ‘행동’ 중 하나로 표현되는 순수한 창조의 행위입니다.
